Find max value in multiple spikes in a data set

Chemistry issue. Results come back, when you chart you can clearly see about 5 to 6 spikes. What I can't figure out how to do is come up with a set of formulas to determine what the max value is in each of the 5 to 6 spikes. Any suggestions? This one's tough! I've tried change, stdev, max, but to no avail.
