Excel 2007 : Need cells to highlight within 30 days

I am very new to conditional formatting (as in first time ever) and need to get help.
I have attached a document with random dates on it and need to have the cells show green if its within 30 days of the date the following year.
Then turn yellow from 30 days to the date the following year.
Then red if its past the date.
This document will also be updated with new dates so it would be ideal if lets say i change one of the dates to 2012 for the year then its will automaticly change back to green.
If that is not possible then i just need to know how to modify the code to do it. Thank you for any assistance.

lets say cell A1 has the date of 7/21/11 the cell would be green untill 6/20/12 then it would go yellow on 6/21/12 untill 7/22/12 when it would turn red

Thanks again for the formating. I have applied it to my excel I have now run into another issue in making this as customer friendly as possible. I need to have the account section change to yellow or red if anything in that row is yellow or red. Then I also need to have the persons name be highlighted yellow or red in accordance with their training date. Thank you for any farther assistance.
