If a cell equals a value, invclude in an average sum....

Looking for some help please....

Have attached a sample to make my question easier.

What I need in cell D2 is a formula that averages the values in column F and H, but only if the value on the same row in column D is either 1,2,3,4,5 or 6.

(Note : The value in D2 is the number I need that I worked out manually, but hopefully a formula can do the math much quicker !!)

Any help would be great thanks.
