Mail merge not working

Hi There,

I am a new member on here and an amatuer when it comes to EXCEL 2007,

I use a spreadsheet to capture different types of data which contains formulas and from the spreadsheet i use mail merge to create feedback letters, it has always worked but recently i has stopped working, i have tried to minimse the amount of feedback letters as i thought i maybe to much info but now i cant even extract one feedback letter.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what coulde be the problem.
