    Printing on preprinted forms

I have a template (hardcopy) preprinted.
I will like to make fill up the blanks using excel spreadsheet, how can i go about doing that.
Do i need to use those fields under the developer tab?

Not a lot to go on but it sounds as though you would be better using MS Word Mail Merge with the Excel file as the data source.

You'd lay out the Word document, possibly using tables, to match the preprinted form and insert fields from the Excel file.

I do not have a lot of data so mail merge may not be required.
However, for excel, it is hard to put my template as the background right as the background repeats throughout the worksheet.
