Hiding Tabs on an excel sheet

Hi
Does anyone know if there is a way to hide a tab on an excel sheet? So when I send it to someone they dont see that tab but they can see the other tabs and the data is still correct etc??

Go to to the sheet tab you want to hide, right click on that sheet, and you should have the option to hide it
