Calculation of Similar Values

Dear All,

Please check the attached file,i Have a script running on that sheet but it doesn't solve my problem.
what i need is to add the values of similar words ie,The values of Apple and Apple.Gala should add together not separately.how can i edit the script according to that and i need a clock that calculate the days and time remaining according to a target date and time and it should update automatically whenever i open my workbook..

I think this can be achieved using normal formulae without a macro. Please review the attached sheet.

Dear Friend,
That Looks Good and Thanks for your response,there is small problem in that sheet.The expenses for apple and apple.gala both are adding up together that's right but it should be on monthly basis.Please check the attached file i have comments on cell no L8,and one more thing i need to know is whether time,date and all those formats can it be merged on a single cell like we say (MMMM-DD-YY 00:00:00) like this.
