How to hide formulas and declarations

I have a project and now I want to hide my formulas. This is a time sheet document. I only want the user to enter the time in and time out. How can I hide formulas and my declarations?

don't know if this is what you want

right click on the range that has formulas
then - format cell - protection tab ---tick the "protect" and "hidden" boxes.
then protect the entire sheet/workbook with password...
I think people forget the word "THANK YOU!!!!" Do you still know it???

I tried it but I cannot insert the time. It was always saying like "The worksheet is read-only"

The cells where people will input data have to be cleared of the "Locked" property first or you won't be able to write in them.

do not include the cells where they will enter the values..

    unprotect again the worksheet

click the cells where they would enter the values then -click --- format cell-protection tab -untick the "lock" and "hidden"
