Keeping Values after the formula is reset

I have a setup where I need to be able to have values copied from one sheet to another.

One the first sheet I have set up a process which calculates a value in a row and places it in a certain cell. (C1).
After I get done with that calculation I want it to show up on Sheet 2 as a value. After I get the value. I delete the area of work, moving on to the next product that produces an answer in the same cell (C1). I have about 35 rows in both sheets that I would like to have a BLANK show up if that product is not used.

On Sheet 2, the values I calculate from C1 are put in a list and an average is ran.

    I tried if('Sheet1'A1>0,'Sheet2'A1=C1,0).

This works for the first one, but once I delete the info on Sheet 1 A1 then Sheet 2 places a 0

    Any thoughts on my formula?

I/m not quite sure what you are asking but if you want the result of a formula after the data used to get it is gone you can paste special>values and excel will replace the formual with the value it produces.
