    Cell Formatting Changed

    Hi
    Im using excel 2007.
In one of the pc where is have made a workbook, there are different formats like general, date, % etc.
But after some hours the entire general formatting chages to date format. I have almost 31 sheets and in all the sheet it changes.
Can anyone help in solving the same.

try looking in custom formats and delete all those that start with something like this
    [$-409]
    eg
    [$-409]d-mmm-yyyy h:mm AM/PM;@

    Hi
I cant fine any date formats as mentioned above. instead what i have is [$-F800]dddd, mmmm dd, yyyy. will that make difference.

And what does these $-F800 means.
And my excel file also generates automatically another file with numbers like 99658 and tries to save them in that format.

And by the way why are the dates in these specific formats?
