    Post Conditional Formating

    Hi all,

Is there any way I can use conditional formatting so that when a user fills in the first box with a title that the spreadsheet then converts the following 8 boxes in that row to blue with a border around it?

Currently I have a conditional formating in that if the box is not blank to colour blue and put on a border but if they don't fill in all areas then the box stays white making the spreadsheet look odd.

    Hi Fotis,

That's brilliant exactly what I'm looking for but want it to go along the row instead of down the column. How's that done?

Love the quote too "I am proud to be Greek" all us greeks are

In Conditional format rules, just change the range from A2:A8...to any range you like..

Thank you for your good words.
