    Freeze row when sum for that row reaches 30

    Need help with following Employee Leave Accrued Schedule:
    Max days allowed is 30 days in a year, so the moment total (cell ref:O12) days taken reaches 30 days, days taken row should get freeze or it should not allow to enter any thing in Days taken row(cell ref- C12:N12)

    Not sure how (or where) you are calculating this, but this formula might help you:

    =MIN(30,sum($B$4:B$4))

    when copied across would give you a cumulative count of row 4 up to a maximum of 30.

    I think you mean once the Days Accrued = 30 days, stop accruing

    Your accrued formula for each month would be =if(Accrued_Total+Working_Days_this_month<30,Working_Days_this_month*.069,"")
