Concatenate the information under same name and delete the duplicate, AGAIN!

Hello everybody, I have been reading a bunch of the threads and I can't still figure it out. I have a type of data that is something like the attached file(Test Data.xlsx) What I need is to delete the row with the repeated information and concatenate the test. It should look something like the attached file name After.xlsx. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

It works fine but with this small data, how can I apply the same formulas if I'm trying to apply it to a much much larger data set and copy it is a different sheet?
