Dynamic Data Validation

Hello forum,

I have a question about data validation. I have two columns, A and B. I have data validation in both columns, two separate list. In column A there is a Primary and in B a Secondary Category. I would like for the validation in column B to change depending on what is selected in column A.

This is detailed in my attached example spreadsheet.
