how to get same data on 2 axis, one expressed as seconds and the other as minutes

Hi, on the attached chart I am trying to simply get a secondary axis that shows the results in minutes. Data would look the same. I have tried some examples I have seen in other threads but they all seem to double my data when I try them. Can anyone help? Thank you. this doc is excel 2010 in compatability mode with 2003.

why not add a dummy series and display in on the secondary Y axis? (I'd use the sum of the values in your stacked columns, so both axes will default to the same axis minimums and maximums)

Hi Nicky, when I do that I get another data series appear on the chart which I don't want. When I try to remove or hide the second data series, the secondary axis disappears

Also, i don't want the same axis minimum and maximum. I want the secondary axis to display as minutes which will be much less than the primary axis?

    ok

I don't think you will be able to get data onto the secondary axis and still have it stacked with the other series on the primary axis.

You can create a dummy series for the secondary axis and set its line and fill setting to "no line" and "no fill", and delete the series name from the legend, so it becomes invisible. Then set the Y2 axis minimums and maximums to 1/60th of the Y1 values.

see the attached for an example

Aargh! of course! Axis to 1/60th of the time. I couldn't see the forest for the trees. Thanks for your help.
