I defined data validation, used vlookup, match formula in excel 2010.
Yet When I opened the workbook in another laptop using excel 2007. All of the above functions didn't work.
Did anyone come across this problem?

I believe in 2010, you can reference between sheets and not in 2007. Did you reference between sheets? If so, try using defined names instead of direct cell references.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
