    Calculated Field Pivot Table

Guys I am almost embarrassed to ask this question

I got a pivot table and a field called Supervisor which is a yes or no and then I got another column call district 1 district 2 and district 3

I am trying to show the number of supervisors not number of people in each district.

So I need to create a calculated field which counts the # of Yeses under supervisor correct?

Well I can not get it right.

This is what I tried IIf([Supervisor]=True,1,0)

    however this didnt work.

    Re: Calculated Field Pivot Table

Perhaps use COUNTIFS if you are on Excel 2007 or later..on the lines of

    =COUNTIFS(Supervisor_Range,"Yes",DistrictRange,"District 1")
    Life's a spreadsheet, Excel!
