return value for duplicate name got wrong value

See attached file (2 worksheet name and location)
my formula in column c (name worksheet) is giving a wrong return value against (locations worksheet)

If no found it will be blank only.

we use iferror on problems like this...

Hi Vlady thanks for that formula for error. what i mean is in column D (name worksheet) return value is there but it is incorrect I put the correct value on column e just an example i need to pull the correct value on location worksheet (name worksheet.) maybe the arrangement of the formula is wrong?
