Add second pop-up box upon opening excel

I have a spreadsheet that has a pop-up box when the sheet is opened. I need a second pop-up box in VBA that makes the user put in a date and time and place it in column C, then set the cursor back to Column D. The pop-up box needs to be similar to the first one. Can someone help? I have tried everything. Thanks. I have attached a sample.

Why find the next row using Column C

You don't need a second input box nor do you need to select any cells

    Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help. What I really need is to have the initials be placed in the next empty cell in column A. But, the entire column is filled with formulas. We are using column d to find the next empty cell and then have the initials be placed in that same row, but under column A.

It's not a good idea to fill a column with formulas.

The code that I posted will find the next empty cell in Column C then add the inputbox to A & the date & time to C
