    Ranking cities on Multiple variables

What is the best possible methods to rank cities on multiple variables? I want to rank them in order to prioritize some marketing program. Should i just construct a weighted index?? i Have attached a sample list. Actually i have to rank some 500 cities in order to see which among them would be most suitable. Marketing program is focused on selling a financial product/ instrument.Rank_Cities.xlsx

Hi Learn2earn and welcome to the forum,

I believe good ranking needs to be based on the average and standard deviation. See the attached whee I do this for each score for each city. Then you can average these T Scores.

The average score is 50 and a standard deviation is 10, so 60 is one standard deviation above average.
