Conditional Format or Advance Filter

Hello
I am trying to use advance filter to copy data to another worksheet. The criteria would be based on a name. For example, Column D contains the names of three sales person (Dan, Alice, and Jackie). I would like all of Alice's sales too be copied on to worksheet 2. What formula I could use to make that possible? A sample is included to show what Im looking for.

Thank You

have you looked into using a pivit table, instead of 3 (or more) seperate sheets to do this for you?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

i have created a PT using the data you provided (obviously dummy). play around with it and see if it is something you can work with. i put the table to the right of your data, click on the pull-down next to "case manage" to pick a different name and see who they worked with
