Macros Button Help

[Omaha]

Previously, Everstrivin helped me put a couple spreadsheets together. We use these multiple times during the week now and greatly appreciate it. Huge help. That thread, and those documents, are here. My question now is, I need to add a product to the spreadsheet attached in this post. I can easily edit one of the four options provided, but I'd like to know how to add an option to the front page when the options are asked. Any help is appreciated.
