macro that copies down - issue

having an issue with a line on my code:

basically, i would like the macro to start from B15 to column P....however i would like for it to automatically pickup the last active row.

in my example above i have B5000...can someone pls help me so the macro auto adjust to the # of rows instead of me telling it to look at x amount of rows?
