Hi,
I've attached an example.
I need to test dates in Col G and change the color in Col G depending on late or still in the future.
However, if Col J is populated, Col G should be 'green', being finished or done.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi vlady
Thank you for this, it is already of great help!
There should actually be 2 conditions:
1. If the value in Col G is behind today(), it (date in cell in Col G) must be red, but if Col J has a date, it must be green.
2. If the value in Col G is ahead of today(), it must be green.
Is this possible?
=$G13<today() format to red
=or($G13>today(),$J13<>"") - format to green
delete the other condition i put--use "formula is"
tel me if it works for you.
thanks.
