Conditional formatting to highlight duplicates based on "Yes" or "No" in another column

Hi guys,

Perhaps someone can help me here. Please see the attached spreadsheet, which has a column of Route numbers (column A); a column containing the names of the operators of those routes (column B); and a "Yes" or "No" in column C indicating whether or not the operator is currently operating the route. (Previous operators' records are maintained for historical information).

Basically, I need to highlight any duplicate route number in column A ONLY if there is more than one corresponding "Yes" entry in column C, as there should only be one person operating any route at a given time.

Any/all suggestions are very welcome.
