Transpose Mail Merge (Row to Column) based on Blank Cell

    Hi all,

I have a mail merge I need to transpose from rows to columns. Each address in the mail merge contains a different number of rows, but they are separated by blank rows. Is there a way to create a macro to transpose the data from each address into separate columns this way? I have attached an excel spreadsheet and it should look as follows:

    John Smith
    111 Jane St.
    New York, NY 10920

    Jane Smith
    CEO
    Jane Smith Enterprises
    109 John St.
    New York, NY 11111

    Should Look Like:
John Smith 111 Jane St. New York, NY 10920
Jane Smith CEO Jane Smith Enterprises 109 John St. New York, NY 11111

Please note it's ok if the columns do not align with each other (i.e. if the addresses are listed in separate columns)

Please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you so much for your help!
