Conditional Formatting Of Time

Hi All,

Have had a look through some threads but dont htink any of them link to this particular issue.

my spreadsheet receives data on a daily basis and converts any time into seconds now i format the cells so that it show the time but what i need is a either for cells to change colour from red to green or a traffic light system but excell wont do it as far as i am aware due to the figure being formated.

What i need it to do is change to green if the time is under 1 minute, go to yellow if its between 1 minute and 1 minute 20 seconds and anything over 1 minute 20 secdons to go red.
