    Vlookup multiple conditions

    hi there

    i have attached a spreadsheet and trying to pull details from a main rota into individuals rotas, based on date and name. i have tried multiple conditions based on a few google searches but its not working. anyone able to point me in the right direction please.

    Switch to..

    =INDEX(Sheet1!$A:$H,MATCH(D$2,Sheet1!$3:$3,0),MATCH($A$1,Sheet1!$A:$A,0))
