    Display a zero instead of leaving blank.

    I have a formula that shows the result of changing decimal feet to feet and inches. When the inches is zero it just leaves it out. I would like the zero to show.

    Example
    =INT(A2) & " ft" & TEXT(MOD(A2,1) *12," #") & " in"
    Display looks like this:

    45 ft 3 in
    22 ft in
    21 ft 3 in

    Any ideas to make it show a zero and not a blank in the "22 ft in" line?
