    word template to excel

I have a form in word format. ( please see the attached sample). I want to create this form in Excel without changing the format. Is there a way to copy the contents and the format across easily? OR please suggest me a best way of doing it i.e. macro.

    I am using office 2010

    Re: word template to excel

    Hi,

I have a project that requires the same. Thus far, good old copying & pasting & a bit of manual reformatting seems to work best. You may want to create an Excel template with pre-defined columns sizes so it doesn't look so bad.

For the most part, Word Tables to Excel copy descently, but everything else like pics & headers doesn't.

We tried Adobe Covnerter, but the conversion was uglier than the copying & pasting.

    Good Luck...
