Can rows be automatically moved down the worksheet as other rows are filled

This was difficult to explain in the question title. I have attached a sample workbook.
It's basically a VAT returns list, but the length of it is unknown.
I wanted to have a running total and a carried forward line at the bottom, but I have had to put the lines at the very end.
If the list only fills page 1, then there would be two blank pages that would be printed before the running total would be seen.
Can anyone think of a way to solve this, Is there a way that the running total and carried forward lines could be higher up the sheet and somehow moved down as the list extends down the sheet?
I realise that this is a big ask, but if it can be done, (or an alternative method used) I think this is the place to find the solution.
    Thank you

Re: Can rows be automatically moved down the worksheet as other rows are filled

Back again, I've now found a macro on this forum, (thankyou to the author) which nearly solves my problem but I could do with some help. I don't know much about macros but I've got it to work, but unfortunately it not only hides the empty cells but also some cells that have contents. I am now more confident that there is a solution to my problem, but I could do with someone advising on what I need to change to get it to do what I want. To recap, I am trying to hide most of the empty rows between the last entry and the end total. Just one more thing, would hiding the rows allow it to print out with the rows still hidden or would it still print out all the row regardless.
    Thanks
