    Protecting an Excel Workbook

Hi, I know how to protect a workbook but am trying to find out if there is a way for me to protect a workbook to prevent it from being copied into a new workbook once it has been forwarded to someone else. Can anyone help me please?

    Re: Protecting an Excel Workbook

You can protect a sheet, and in the options allow only selection of unprotected cells - if they can't select a cell, they can't see the formula or copy the formula. Review > Protect Sheet > untick 'Select Locked Cells', put in a password.
