    PDF to Excel

    Does anyone know how to export a PDF document to Excel?

    PDF is not easily "exportable" - more than likely you need an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) Program to interpret the file. That being said, it depends on how the pdf was created.
    Sometimes you can copy and paste. this would generally paste into one cell - or one row. You could then try to use text to columns.

    From Acrobat, you can do File > SaveAs, and select Tables in Excel Spreadsheet

    There is also a reasonably priced software "PDF to Excel Converter 2.4" from Blue Label software that works well on files that originated in Excel and were saved as a PDF. However, if it was created from an image (picture/scan) - then OCR is your best bet. And that will require review, as "o" and "0" errors, and "l" and "1" errors are very common with OCR.
