Auto correct?

I have a range within column "K20:K60" called "Names"

..and I have a list of about 80 names in another column ( also set as a range "Names_List")

I would like the functionality to type key initials within the "Names" column and have the auto correct functionality fill out the remaining name.

Is this possible?
