HELP! how to rearrange the pivot table

But I have far more Data for values than I do for Columns

(EX. I am grading only 10 agents for like 30 different things)

How can I re-arrange the pivot table so that the columns become rows and the values can go in the columns?
I tried putting the values back into columns but it does not give me the info I need?

    What can I do?

Or what else can I do to reaarange the data so I can make it fit in one page?

Ok So I think I figured it out, I had to make a graph and then switch rows and column and then delete graph?

    Is this the only way?
