Auto-populating shift schedule help

This is my plan, i want to have a calendar reference a spreadsheet and auto-populate who is working each shift. I think my logic works but im having trouble having the formula reference the next date sequentially. The calendar would need to show which two people are working each of 3 shifts every day. The jobs being TM1 and YM1 for first shift, TM2 and YM2 for second and so on for third.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
