Comparing sheet to sheet and specific criteria match, pull data from another column

I am trying to compare sheet "Student Worker Pay" A2, B2, and F2 to sheet "Student Worker List to column A, B, and F. If the data matches all in the same row on Student worker list, I want to pull the data from "Student Worker List" column C from the Row that the data all matched and enter it in Column C on "Student Worker Pay"

Enter with Ctrl + Shift + Enter

    =INDEX('Student Worker List'!$C$2:$C$96,MATCH(A2&B2&F2,'Student Worker List'!$A$2:$A$96&'Student Worker List'!$B$2:$B$96&'Student Worker List'!$F$2:$F$96,0))

Copy/paste the formula first then instead of enter, hit ctrl + shift + enter "together"

Thank you, I have never used an array formula so I was unfamiliar with this but I got it and it works beautifully. Thank you again.
