index match with row information offset from the match cell

    sample 1.xls

I attached a sample workbook to help with the explanaiton. I have a set of data that I am trying to pull onto another sheet. The data sheets are monthly production sheets that I can drop into Excel. The other 2 sheets are how I am trying to gather the information and what I want it to look like when its done.

I am having trouble becasue the numbers are offset from the names I can match them too. Its just the way the system gives it to me and can't be hcanged unless I manually go in and align the rows.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I did try using =offset but the formula kept returning an error so I couldn't save it with my attempt. I used the offet before the match which I'm guessing won't work

    Hi smls,

You have some merged cells in the July and Aug data.. it would be better if you un-merge those cells.. I personally never advice any merging of cells as they are kind of blocks in calculations

What do you mean by corrected? What I did to get this was just unmerge the cells. I suppose if you mean drag the cell contents around the answer is yes but I would prefer not to. This sample is a small selection of what the real sheet looks like. I didn't upload all of it for simplicities sake since its all just repetitions of the same problem.
