Count of Difference Between two numbers.

If

A1 = 100 and B1 = 105 , then forumula must give C1 = 6

A1 = 1 and B1 = 3 , then formula must give C1 = 3

A1 = 1001 and B1 = 1011 , then formula must give C1 = 11

Please donot suggest = B1-A1+1 ; because if forumla falls on an emply cell the value will then appear as 1.

How about:

=IF(OR(A1="",B1=""),"",B1-A1+1)
