How to add hours and minutes (not time) in a single cell?

Dear Friends, hi.

My first time to this forum.

How can I sum up several hours and minutes in a single cell? For Example =sum(2:10+3:45+4:25+5:15+......). Notice these are just working hours and
not time (am/pm). Please help.
