2003 Excel: returning multiple values based on 2 criteria

I need help returning multiple values based on 2 criteria, please see attached. In the example, I have 4 dealers in district K that closed reports all on the same day. I want to return all 4 dealer #s within 1 cell. I would like it to go into the same cell; however, I'll take them separate if its easier.

    Thank you for your help.

I added a formula in column C to give a number to dealers that apply (the first dealer that applies is given 1, the second dealer is given 2, etc.)
The results are based on what you put in N4 and N5.
You mentioned in your explanation it was dependnat on date, but your Title said based on 2 criteria, so I made a guess that was the two criteria you were referring to.
The carriers that apply appear in column Q.

Re: 2003 Excel: returning multiple values based on 2 criteria

Thank you for your prompt response.

My 2 criteria = "Z/D" & "Closed". this is just a sample of the data, my table is ~1000 rows longs, and unfortunately cannot b modified (IE, adding columns)...the returned values would b going onto a separate tab...can this be done? your help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

I don't think I'll be able to help you. You can see the file i made will work for all of the stipulations you mentioned except not being able to add a column. Without being able to insert a column my method will not work, and I am not sure of one that will. I'm guessing there might be a formula that will work, but it will probably be quite a bit more complicated.
