Rotating Roster List

Hello

I have created a roster spreadsheet where the workers rotate down a line every week. The roster will stay the same and Collumn A will list the workers.

What is the best way to automatically do this or do I need to have a template list and copy and paste manually?

Should also mention that each line of the roster is two merged cells (don't know if this makes a difference or not)
