Find and pluck out certain values on a column, then copy paste the adjacent cell values

I want to pluck out all the major items and place it on another sheet(report generated). Can you suggest a formula.. I dont know what to use.. Whether "if" or "lookup"


please help me.. Its a life changing project. :-)
