counting order cycle conformity problem_please help

Hi,

I have a problem to create a formula to count if the order placing is in conformity with schedule.

In file, I have numbers of stores where it has different order placing schedule. I want to count the number of order which in cycle and out of cycle.
I stuck on this problem as I don't know how to construct a formula to count in different criteria.

Please share your experience. Thank you.

Where are you trying to get the formulae, column F, G or K? Can you explain how those numbers are arrived at?

I want the formula to count in column F and G.

Where the logic should work as follow;

Column B to E show the weekday that order is placed ex. 1 = Monday, 3= Wednesday

Column J, K are schedule date that each store should place order ex. Store 10011 allowed to place order on weekday 1 or 4.

If store 10011 has placed order on weekday=1 that means "in order cycle". During 4 weeks period (column B to E) it places order on weekday=1 for 3 times..I want the formula to count "in order cycle = 3, in column F".
