Countifs same data text and same cell background color?

I'm looking to find a macros code to "count if" same cell background color, same text field in column d4:d10000, and same text field in f4:f10000.

This sheet "summary.xlsm" will be gathering information from an "inventory.xlsx" sheet1.

You cannot do that without a VBA code. In the process of trying to help you I found out that seems to exist a third party add-in that allows you to Countif and Sumif by background color and fontcolor.
Now, the problem is that I was not able to find out any..therefore I'm not entirely sure if exists. But maybe someone knows something that can assist you with that. That's something that can come up handy

Nevertheless I would suggest you to move this thread to the "Excel Programming / VBA / Macros" section. I'm sure they can easily help you with a code.
