what is Cell Capacity of characters

Hello Friends,

i have a text file with "^" separated.
when i open this text file in Excel and delimited with "^" then some data has to be truncated.
when i see the length of that cell (=len(A1)) it shows me 32758.(before delimited)

so, is there any limit of characters in one cell??
if yes, then how can i open this text file in Excel without truncated data.

Please suggest me

Only 1,024 display in a cell; all 32,767 display in the formula bar. Also maximum column width is 255 characters so you will need to wrap text (Format Cells|Alignmnet tab).

Yes, excel cells do have a limit. The only conceivable option is to open the text file as an array and split the data to the appropriate number of cells before printing to Excel. The problem is that it gets tricky to make sure that the data aligns correctly since you will be splitting it.
