    Looking for reservation Availability chart

I'm working on a workbook that I created many years ago and update from time to time.
This time I'd like to add an availability workbook (Stand alone if possible) that looks into existing workbooks and future workbooks for date data.
An example of the desired look is included as a sheet on the attached workbook.
Once a customer calls I need to look at availability and book accordingly.
I only have one property that's used for extra income during retirement. Ha Ha
I've looked at Campsite Reservation on this site and seems in the right direction but I'm not the VBA guru.

    Thanks in advance

    Barry

    It's pedantic, but,
If a workbook is looking into other workbooks for information, it is, tautologically, not standalone.

Anyway, it looks like your "Avail" tab wants to be a Gantt chart using conditional formatting.

Exclamation Re: Looking for reservation Availability chart

As a matter of clarification, my command of English aside,
I don’t want Avail to be a part of the Plains Place Workbook,
as there will be many of those workbooks and I’d like to see Avail as a separate Workbook.
I only included it as a sheet to allow for fewer uploads.
