Pivot Table - % of Grand Total

Hello, All,

I am working on a pivot table. I want to show % of grand total for each item, but I cannot figure it out. In other words, I would like to show the percentage of Yes answers, from the total population of Yes answers, that came from Google for Operating Income (1/15), and I want to show the % sum from each company in the last column, with the percentage sum from each category of income statement information from in the last row. Any ideas to do this would be appreciated. A before (green) and after (purple) of what I want is on Sheet 1. If anyone can help me understand how to do this via a pivot table, that would be wonderful.

Select Op Income, Op margin, net Incom and EPS in the Values field

right click on pivit tables --'value filed settings'--show values as--% of grand total

repeat for every column

Thank you for the reply, but I need the pivot table to look like the purple table on the first tab of the workbook. Any ideas for how to get it to look like that?

Actually, my apologies. This is not what I need. I need the pivot table to actually calculate the %. I want to avoid having to calculate the % myself, and then build a pivot off of the % table. I want to create a pivot % table from the data in green so that the pivot table looks like the purple table (but the data source is the green table, not the purple table). Any thoughts?
