Price Value based on multiple criteria

Hello, I have a challenge with excel and hope someone can help. I am new to this kind of work.

I have multiple products on a sheet that have the following common columns

    Price, MAP and SELL

I need the sell price to multiply the price by 1.22 to display the sell price. That is the easy part.

    Here is my problem

If the MAP column has anything listed other than ZERO, I need the sell to display that price.

So, the sell should be PRICE multiplied by 1.22 only if the MAP is Zero. If the MAP is higher than ZERO the Sell should = the MAP

Please let me know if you can help.
