Trying to combine multiple rows of data into one

This is my first post so my apologies if not done correctly.

I am trying to figure out how to get multiple rows of data combined into one row and then being able to sort that data.

I have attached a f showing how I need them combined however the output probably needs to be in another tab so I can sort. The spreadsheets will also have rows in there that do not need to be combined but need to be part of the output that is sortable.

Are the bold rows the required output? You only need the bold rows to show up in another sheet?

Correct the bold is the output and what I need to show in another sheet to be able to sort.

One last question - will there always be 2 records per campaign?

It will most likely be 2 campaigns but there are a few that might have more.
